I had my 38 week appointment today. No major changes over the past week. I have started having headaches a lot, but my blood pressure is just fine (headaches can be a sign of high blood pressure in prego ladies). The doctor said everything is saying I'm ready to have the baby, so she went ahead and did a small procedure that can induce delivery. She said if it's going to work, we'll have the baby tonight. Otherwise, we are just a little further ahead of the game.
Today was the day to go ahead and schedule a "real" induction with the hospital. Since I've been in latent labor for a long time, she is having it scheduled between my 39th and 40th week.
So far, no change in my contractions so we'll see if tonight is the night or not. :) Behold, the child is coming soon...
